SINCE the last year, Asian Correspondent has been closely following and reviewing the hospitality and culinary arts education industry. The publication has reviewed dozens of different hospitality and culinary arts schools, and spoken to hundreds of students, lecturers and celebrity chefs. In July 2010, Australian wine critic Peter Scudamore-Smith reviewed the state of hospitality and culinary arts for Asian Correspondent. In March and April this year, there were two further reviews on this site discussing Top 25 Hospitality and Culinary Arts Institutes for Asian Students and the Top 10 Hospitality and Culinary Institutes in North America.
